He was full of jokes and sarcasm about a very serious issue. He did not fix the issue. He did not call me before he left the premises to notify me of his findings despite being asked to do so upon his arrival. I had to track him down while he was on his way to another job. I was left with no repair. He stated PFO did not have the capabilities to repair my system while laughing the whole time. I was very unhappy and honestly he caused more stress to an already stressful issue. I don’t know what happened to him. I will not be using PFO for service again

Our furnace had a small oil drip. Ron arrived on time and diagnosed the problem quickly. He had a new coil type hose with him and replaced the part. Ron ran the furnace a few times after the job was complete to ensure the leak issue was resolved. Ron is personable, professional and knowledgeable.
