Being a compete technodoofus I have been unable to get my humidifier to work for several years. Bryan troubleshooted (or is it troubleshot?) the problem for me (I had failed to save my changes on my thermostat) and then wrote down the instructions on how to turn on the humidifier in case I need it in the future. I also enjoyed hearing about his trip to Japan.
